How much space does the Book gaming trailer need to park?
If we can safely fit a large SUV on your street or driveway, we can almost always park the trailer. A relatively flat area about 4–5 car lengths long works best. We’ll confirm details with you after you book and help plan the best parking spot.
What ages is the trailer appropriate for?
Most of our events are for ages 7–16, but we can tailor games for younger siblings and even adults. You’ll be able to tell us the age range of your group when you book so our game coach can curate the right mix of titles.
Do parents need to stay inside the trailer?
You’re always welcome inside, but you don’t have to be. Our game coach manages the flow, helps with controllers, and keeps things friendly and fair so you can host, take photos, or just relax nearby.
What about motion sickness or loud volume?
We keep the trailer climate-controlled with adjustable lighting, and we’re happy to set conservative volume levels. If a child is sensitive to screens or sound, we’ll work with you to give them breaks and find games that feel comfortable.
What happens if it rains or snows?
Weather is one of the reasons families love Valley Gamez—our enclosed trailer keeps the fun going rain or shine. If there’s severe weather that makes travel unsafe, we’ll contact you early to reschedule at no extra cost.
